Dean Hallett is the Founder of Hallett Leadership, a premier leadership development firm headquartered in Manhattan Beach, CA. With a career that began in public accounting before transitioning to the entertainment industry, Dean brings decades of senior-level experience to organizations of all sizes across the United States. He is best known for developing and implementing a world-class leadership training program that ran for 15 years at 20th Century Fox, delivering measurable, transformational results.
