After 25 years in the entertainment industry, Dean Hallett discovered his true passion: inspiring others to get in touch with their own leadership potential. His successful career driving leadership programs and organizational culture as Sr EVP at 20th Century Fox and EVP/CFO at Disney taught Dean that the best places to work invest in leadership skills at every level.
